Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18+ to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
Orders and acceptance
An order is considered accepted when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Pricing, taxes, and corrections
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors in pricing or product information.
Sales tax treatment is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and is also reflected in our store’s published policies.
Shipping, delivery, and damage at delivery
Shipping/delivery timing and costs are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
You agree to inspect items at delivery and follow the damage procedures described there.
Returns and refunds (policy incorporated)
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (and related store policies). Key points from our published policies include:

Installed or attempted-to-be-installed products cannot be returned

Delivered products in use are not returnable

Returns must be free of cosmetic damage; otherwise, they may be ineligible or subject to a 25% restocking fee

Warehouse shipping/handling charges are non-refundable; customers pay return shipping

Special orders may be subject to a 50% restocking fee and may be non-returnable if delivered/out of the box
Financing / buy-now-pay-later
If you choose a financing option, it is provided by a third party and is subject to that provider’s terms and approval.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to misuse the website (fraud, scraping, interference, illegal activity, etc.). We may restrict access for violations.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the site and services “as available,” and we limit liability for indirect/consequential damages. Some limitations may not apply depending on your state/province.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NAL harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Washington law. Disputes will be handled in Washington courts.
