Regardless of grade, all appliances are fully functional and perform as intended. Below is a detailed breakdown of our grading system to help you understand the condition of each product:

Grade A – These appliances have no identifiable forward-facing imperfections. While there may be minor, non-forward-facing visible imperfections elsewhere on the unit, these do not affect appearance after installation or functionality.

Grade B – These appliances have minor surface blemishes or light scratches that are often difficult to notice. These imperfections do not impact the appliance’s overall appearance once installed or affect its functionality.
